Please remember to bring a copy of your GP referral. All external GP and Specialist ultrasound request referrals are welcome. Please bring your imaging request form with you on the day of your ultrasound scan.
Please note: We do not offer Obstetric/pregnancy scans, Transvaginal pelvic scans (internal), Female breast ultrasounds, Pelvis scans, or Paediatric scans under 1 year of age.
Ultrasound Preparation
Most scans do not require patient preparation. The only scans that require preparation are:
Abdomen Ultrasounds — Fast 6 hours before appointment (small sips of water and medication allowed)
Pelvis, Renal (KUB), Kidney, Prostate & Bladder — Drink 800ml of water 1 hour prior to appointment
